A "cup" for which no girl would refuse to go out with you...!


The way this cup united everyone could put all the social engineers to shame....You could never explain how thousands of people gathered at the heart of the city...It was not a rendezvous..You would never be able to explain why an old man starts dancing in the middle of the streets..A 4 year child with a little tricolor shouts the name of his country to the extreme.....a shout filled with both innocence and pride....Why everyone high 5's and hugs every random face....You need to be an Indian to be able to understand....!!

The acts going on the roads can't be explained in words..am too mortal to do that..tricolor all around..people dancing on the roads...trucks....cars...everything which has a "top"..chanting slogans till their throats choked..patriotism in air...we were all playing our part in the history..The man from Ranchi gave the nation THE MOST NEEDED REASON TO CELEBRATE.

World cup is the culmination of the desire that this generation had for a long time..It's the symbol of the gut and the determination that this Indian youth has....I believe no one in their senses would forget the night of 2nd april, 2011...the night of lifetime..

Tv channels would remain hyper for many upcoming days....we would remain hyper for the rest of our lives..!...Can't resist to shout one more time.....India.....Indiaaaa..[you know the beat...right..??..]

    I was one of those foolish who involved in the match ball by ball. I am against, the way players are being rewarded by crores of rupees and by other means. On the other hand Govt have not paid or settled the dues/grievance
    of 1971war and Kargil war's Martyr. Some of the 1971 soldiers are still in Pakistani jail.
    My intention is not here to compare with win a war or a cup for the country, or compare a dedication of a soldier with a player. My intention is to "WARN" my countryman to understand that you are being fabricated, a well planned PLOT against my country. A PLOT BY MARKETISM. Sushmita sen, Lara Dutta became miss univers or Aishwarya Rai, Priyanyanka Chopra became miss world these are all part of the fabrication of a plot by a "MARKETISM" against my country. Have you ever seen or heard a US President congratulated for winining a cricket world cup, at least I have never. People of my country must understand, these are not happening incidently, all these are well planned to settle my country as a market and they are going to exploit it for longer period.

    @dr.atul...may be we are being too cynical about things..why not just enjoy the moment..the nation is poised for good things...and eventually all concerns will have to be settled..but it is nice that you raised the issue of unnoticed martyrs..We need to make the govt. responsible by constant vigil...
